Senson has almost a decade of experience on producing gluten free liquid malt extracts. During this time we have developed a good range of gluten free liquid malt extracts delivering pleasant cereal taste, improved texture and natural color; same as in normal gluten containing liquid malt extracts. This has allowed us to fulfill requirements of our customers in many different gluten free food and beverage categories. This is in baking and brewing, but also in savory foods, seasoning, sauces, dressings, confectionery, non-alcoholic beverages, meat alternatives and many others.
Most of the consumers have at some stage of their life been able to enjoy gluten containing products. Once switching to gluten free alternatives for health reasons they are expecting to get the same great tasting products as earlier. This has lead to rapid development of gluten free food and beverage recipes that are getting better year after year. Also Senson team has been developing gluten free products and processes constantly to keep up with the fast development of the category. In addition to our current range new products are under development and some customer specific products have been launched recently. We are happy see success of our customers and being able to grow together. All this work has led to Senson being proudly the leading manufacturer and supplier of gluten free liquid malt extracts.
