Liquid cereal extracts

Senson Cereal series are made mainly from non-malted cereals. Some of the variants are enriched with malted cereals or malted barley. These cereal based extracts offer many new advantages and possibilities compared to traditional extracts where new ingredients and their special properties are needed. All cereal extracts are viscous and non-diastatic.

SENSON LIQUID OAT PURE DM50 is an inactive oat extract with light colour available in aseptic packaging. It is produced of wholegrain oats and has a neutral oat flavour. It contains no colourings, preservatives or other food additives. The viscosity of this product is low in order to facilitate easy dosing.
