From 22nd of November until 2nd of December Senson is attending FIE/HIE 2021, one of the biggest food ingredient exhibitions in Europe. First week will take place online and on second week from Tuesday to Thursday fair continues live in-person in Messe Frankfurt. No need to say that it has been long time since last live in-person fair.
This year Senson’s focus will be on rapidly growing category of Gluten Free Malt Extracts. These extract are delivering pleasant cereal taste, improved texture and natural color; same as in normal gluten containing liquid malt extracts. This has allowed us to fulfill requirements of our customers in many different gluten free food and beverage categories. This is in baking and brewing, but also in savory foods, seasoning, sauces, dressings, confectionery, non-alcoholic beverages, meat alternatives and many others.
