FIE2022 exhibition in Paris was a success. We had very positive discussion with numerous visitors stopping by at Senson stand. This time tasting samples proposed were vegan chocolate chip cookies with gluten free malt extract and vegan ramen broth with umami extract. We also shared new ketjap manis, vegan mayo and plant-based burger patty application recipes with Senson extracts that were appreciated by visitors.
In Innovation Awards finals we delivered good presentation with samples for judges and during the day had nice talks with other contenders. Unfortunately this time we did not win, but we are honored to have reached to the finals with our Umami extract. Thank you Myco, Cargill, Griffith and ADM for the good competition within Sensory Innovation category.
We look forward to working together with our valued customers, skillful distribution partners and the new contacts established in FIE also in 2023.
